1Honeycrisp apple,sliced
½cupfeta cheese
½cuppecans,chopped
4ouncessugar pomegranate seeds
¼cuppumpkin seeds
4sprigsmintjulienne-cut
Vinaigrette Ingredients
¼cupavocado oil
⅛cupred wine vinegar
2tablespoonshoney
½teaspoongarlic powder
¼teaspoonkosher salt
¼teaspoonground black pepper
Instructions
Arrange the salad ingredients onto your serving dish.
To a separate small bowl, add the vinaigrette ingredients. Mix with a fork until combined.
