Ingredients
8ounceblock Feta cheeseroom temperature and drained
¾cupplain Greek yogurtor sour cream
2teaspoonshoney
1clovegarlicminced
2tablespoonsolive oilplus more for drizzling
kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
⅓cuppomegranate arils
⅓cupchopped lightly salted pistachios
fresh chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Crumble the block of feta cheese into a large mixing bowl. Add the Greek yogurt, honey and minced garlic. While beating on medium speed, gradually add the olive oil. Beat until completely smooth and well combined. Add salt to taste.
Spread cheese mixture onto a serving plate and top with cracked fresh pepper. Drizzle with a bit of additional olive oil. Top with pomegranate arils, chopped pistachios, and chopped fresh parsley.
Serve with crackers, bread, bagels and pita chips, and fresh veggies.
