Ingredients

creamy peanut butter

unsalted butter
room temperature

light brown sugar
packed

pure vanilla extract

eggs

all-purpose flour

baking powder

kosher salt

chopped salted peanuts
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°, and prepare a n 8 x 8-inch baking pan by spraying it with cooking spray.
In a mixer, cream the butter and peanut butter until smooth.
Add the brown sugar, and mix well.
Add the eggs, and mix until light and fluffy.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. Add to the peanut butter mixture and mix until just combined.
With a silicone spatula, stir in the peanuts until mixed throughout, and spread into prepared pan.
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until the top appears set and golden, and a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
