Ingredients
110 pound spiral ham
200gramslight brown sugarabout 2 cups packed
18ouncecan pineapple tidbits
Instructions
Generously spray the base of a crockpot (primarily the bottom).
Sprinkle about ½ the brown sugar on the bottom of the crockpot and place the ham in, sideways.
Pour the can of pineapple bits and its juices all over the ham, then sprinkle with remaining brown sugar on top (note: you can add some pieces of pineapple between the spirals).
Cover with the lid and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours, basting once or twice, or until heated through (note: if your ham sticks out too high for the lid to fit, you can use tinfoil).
Allow it to cool slightly before carefully removing to carve.
Notes
If your ham doesn't fit with the lid, fashion a lid of tin foil using two sheets (that are sprayed with non-stick spray) one way, then two the other way, to ensure it is well covered without any air escaping.
