Ingredients
8oz.noodlescooked according to package directions and drained
10.5ounceslow sodium cream of chicken soup
½cupmilk
8 ounces block of Swiss cheesegrated
½cupsour cream
2tablespoonsDijon mustard
2cupsbite-size pieces cooked chickenI use a rotisserie chicken
8ounceham steakcut into bite-sized pieces
Topping
3tablespoonsbutter
½cupPanko bread crumbs
½cupgrated Parmesan cheese
2teaspoonsdried parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Prepare an 9 X 13-inch baking dish by spraying it with cooking spray.
Cook noodles according to package directions so that they are al dente or firm to the bite.
In a large bowl, mix together the can of soup, ½ cup of milk, grated Swiss cheese, sour cream, and Dijon mustard. Add the chicken, ham and noodles and mix together until well combined. Pour into prepared baking dish.
Topping
In a small microwavable bowl, melt the butter.
Add the Panko bread crumbs, cheese and parsley, and then spread evenly over the baking dish.
