Whip up this Peppermint Mocha in 5 minutes or less! This easy homemade coffee drink has the perfect balance of coffee, chocolate and mint.

strong coffee

chocolate
semi-sweet
▢

tablespoon
peppermint syrup
▢
Optional: Whipped cream
chocolate syrup, chocolate shavings or crushed peppermint candies for topping
Instructions
Instructions:
In a small saucepan combine whole milk, coffee, chocolate, and sea salt and melt on medium heat until small bubbles start to form.
Bring the heat right down and let it stand for about 2 minutes, whisking occasionally.
Remove the pan from the heat and add in peppermint syrup, whisk again.
Pour into a mug and top with whipped cream, chocolate syrup or crushed candy canes!
Notes
This recipe makes enough for (2) - 10 ounce mug servings.
