Ingredients
¾cupunsalted butterroom temperature
1cup granulated sugar
2largeeggs
2cupsall-purpose flour
1teaspooncinnamon
¾teaspoonbaking soda
¼teaspoonnutmeg
¼teaspoonkosher salt
2cupsold fashioned oats
1cupraisins
1cupchopped walnuts
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F, and prepare a cookie sheet by lining it with parchment.
In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add the eggs and mix well.
In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, nutmeg, and salt. Add the oats and mix well.
Add to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Add the walnuts and raisins and completely combine.
Using a medium (2 tablespoons) cookie scoop, place dough balls onto prepared cookie sheet about an inch apart, and slightly flatten.
