Irish Cream Mousse is a super easy dessert made with Bailey's Irish Cream, heavy whipping cream, Greek yogurt, and sugar. It is a recipe that's perfect for your St. Patrick's Day celebration, when you want an easy weeknight dessert or something special for a dinner party.

Ingredients
¾cupplain Greek yogurtcan use vanilla if you prefer
¾cupheavy whipping creamplus additional for topping
3ozIrish Cream Liquor6 tablespoons (I used two of the single serving bottles they sell at the liquor stores)
¼cupsuperfine sugardirections for making it yourself are below
1tablespoonpowdered sugar
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for garnish
Instructions
If you cannot find superfine sugar, use ¼ cup granulated sugar and pour it into your food processor or blender. Grind it for a few minutes until it becomes fine. Let it sit for a minute or two to allow the dust to settle before removing the lid.
Put the yogurt, sugar, and Bailey's into a medium bowl and whisk together until well combined.
Pour the whipping cream, tablespoon of powdered sugar, and vanilla into a mixing bowl. Whip until soft peaks are formed.
Fold the whipped cream into the Bailey's mixture. Divide evenly between four serving dishes, and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or until ready to serve.
Before serving, top with additional whipped cream. Use a zester or vegetable peeler on a chocolate bar to sprinkle with chocolate shavings or dust with some cocoa powder.
