Ingredients
1 ¼cupsbutter
1 cupchopped celery
1 ½cupschopped onion
3 ½cupslow sodium chicken brothcan also use turkey broth
18ouncesGreat Value Turkey Flavored Stuffing Mix(3) 6 oz. boxes
1 tablespoonchopped fresh rosemary
1 tablespoonchopped fresh sage
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F., and prepare a 9 X 13-inch baking dish by spraying it with cooking spray.
Melt the butter in a large pot over medium high heat. Add celery and onion and cook until soft, about 3 minutes.
Add the broth and bring just to a boil. Remove from heat and add the stuffing mix, rosemary and sage. Toss gently to coat.
Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and cover with tin foil. Bake for 30 minutes.
Set broiler to low, remove tin foil, and cook for and additional 3-5 minutes, until top is golden brown and slightly crisp. You can also cook in the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes if you prefer not to use the broiler.
