Our family eats pasta like it’s going out of style, so I’m sure this would be a hit!
This is something so easy that I think the family can make it while I’m at work
and I can come home to a yummy dinner!

I have a “thing” for soups. And I don’t make enough of them.
I’ve put this one from Nilanjana on my to-do list because I love lentils
and the flavors sound incredible.
