I didn’t get this posted last week because when driving across the 
country one has a tendency to forget what day it is.
And then you arrive at your destination and have to unpack a U-Haul,
put it into storage and search for a place to live while staying 
with extremely generous relatives!
I’ll let you know what happens.

Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting from 
Bakewell Junction

Annamaria made a red velvet cake.
I’m not typically a big fan of red velvet, but I do so like a cream cheese frosting!

AND

Vegan Blueberry Lemon Scones from 
The Vegetarian Casserole Queen

These scones will be a wonderful addition to our breakfast table
with some freshly picked blueberries.
