Pina Colada Milkshakes with vanilla ice cream and crushed pineapple are a cold, refreshing taste of the tropics! Blend up a batch of these to beat the summer heat. Delicious with or without the rum!

Ingredients

- 2 ½ cups vanilla ice cream - 8 oz crushed pineapple - ¼ cup coconut milk - ¼ cup Cream of Coconut - ¼ cup rum - shredded sweetened  coconut flakes - whipped cream - maraschino cherries

Prepare the  Glasses

Place about 2 tbsp of cream of coconut in a small dish. Dip the rim of the glass in cream. Place the rims in shredded coconut and make sure it is well coated. Put aside.

Prepare the  Milkshake

Put the ice cream, pineapple, coconut milk, cream of coconut, and rum into a blender. Blend until completely smooth.

Final Steps

Pour the milkshake mixture into prepared glasses. Garnish with whipped cream and a cherry. Enjoy!
