- Pretzel Squares
- Melted Butter
- Brown Sugar
- Vanilla Extract
- Vanilla Cupcake Goldfish Grahams
- Hershey’s Polka Dot Cookies & Cream Eggs
- Brach’s Tiny Jelly Beans

How to make Easter Bunny Trail Mix
This “bunny bait” trail mix is so easy to make, and you can even make it ahead of time!
- First, preheat the oven to 250 degrees F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Chex cereals, Bugles, and Pretzel Squares.
- Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl or on the stove in a small saucepan, then pour it into a small bowl along with the brown sugar and vanilla extract. Stir until combined, though it should be a bit runny so you can easily pour it over the cereal mixture.
- Pour the sugar mixture evenly over the cereal mixture while stirring to coat it completely.
- Spread the cereal mix into an even layer onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through. Let it cool completely after removing the snack mix from the oven.
- Transfer the cooled snack mix into a large bowl and add the candies. Mix well and serve!
How to store Easter Chex Mix
This sweet snack is best stored at room temperature in an airtight container. It will stay fresh for 3-4 days, though it may soften over time.
Recipe Variations
You can include just about anything you want in this spring snack mix! Here are some other ideas for mix-ins:

- Stir in white chocolate chips.
- Use pretzel sticks or mini pretzels instead of squares.
- Add in some Robins Egg malted candies.
